Pre-Owned 1980's Fender F-230 Natural Acoustic Guitar

 

While Fender is mostly know for it's electric guitars, basses and amplifiers, the company has been putting out great acoustics since the 1960's.  Like all of their production, the 1980's were a time of experimentation with factories around the world.  One of the results of this was the Fender F-230, made in Korea from 1982 - 1988.  It turned out to be a bit a sleeper hit.

We just took in this F-230 from that era, and it's now one of best values in our pre-owned acoustic guitar offering.  While it has been played plenty over the years, and has a few small scars to prove it, the guitar is still in great shape.   It has been vetted and setup to play perfectly by the techs in our repair shop.

It features a solid spruce top with rosewood back & sides, giving it the classic dreadnaught sound that acoustic players love.  The neck is super comfortable, and has a nice "worn in" feel.  This is a great guitar for strumming - and would make a worthy companion around the campfire, on the back deck, or to take to the beach.
