Pre Owned 1998 Fender Hot Rod DeVille 212 Guitar Amp Combo

 Originally introduced by Fender in 1996, the Hot Rod DeVille has become one the most used, popular and budget-friendly tube amps out there.  It's been an in-demand backline choice for years now, and there's a good reason for that: tonality, versatility and reliability. 

 This amp provides 60 watts, dual 12" speakers, and 3 channels (Normal, Drive and More Drive), as well as a killer sounding reverb.  Other features include a Master Volume, a Normal/Bright switch and an effects loop.  It's chock full of useful features, and also simple to use.  That's a big part of why players love it - you can plug and play right away but can also do a lot with it.   

 According to research that we did, in 1998 Fender only made the Hot Rod DeVille for 8 or 9 months, so there aren't many of them out there.  This is one of the original ones with the chrome face plate.  Fender has revised the Hot Rod DeVille over the years (it's now on the 4th iteration) but players have continued to seek out the orignal 90's versions. 

 This amp is in excellent condition, especially considering it's now nearly a quarter centurly old - it's obvious that the previous owner cared for it.  To us, it seems like the amp was never gigged with and only used at home or in the studio.  It's been tested to perfect working order and has a ton of life left in it.  The original cover and footswitch are included.  This is a great score!
