If you're looking for a quality acoustic-electric resonator with a case that won't break the bank, you've found it. We recently took in this Gretsch G9241 Alligator, which looks to have barely ever been played. It has the appropriate Gretsch case (specifically made for this model). Both are in excellent shape, and together they make for a great score. Brand new, they would be $800 together; at barely used for just $499, this is a great deal.

Like all fine Gretsch resonator guitars, the vital feature of the G9241 is the all-new Gretsch Ampli-Sonic™ diaphragm (resonator cone). Hand-spun in Eastern Europe from nearly 99-percent pure aluminum, the Ampli-Sonic diaphragm yields an impressive quality and volume of tone.
